We had big plans on heading down to the lake for the whole day with a picnic lunch and lot's of toys and plans to do nothing! Well, that didn't quite pan out. It started raining the evening before and it rained (hard beating down rain, more like a bad storm) ALL DAY LONG! It never stopped, not once! so we had a day of rest, relaxation, reading, movies, eating and then a little more of it all!

I loved every minute of our day. To be honest, the lake sounded lovely, but we had had such a busy trip and we were all exhausted. It was actually really nice to have a day to just do nothing!
