When we got back from the castle, we decided to take a walk down to the lake. The kids had meet a friend and we asked if she would like to join us. So sweet how quickly kids make friends. They completely throw themselves into this new found friendship with no inhibitions. It's like they had been friends for years, holding hands, giggling and being silly! Just love this!
The lake was beautiful.
Along came two swans and a baby gosling! They came right up to the edge of the lake to us!
