Going to get the tree!

So we get to the Christmas tree farm to pick out a tree and we found two sleeping children in the back seat!
Ethan Jay woke up just in enough time to go on the hayride!

Here is our tree at home with Robet putting on the lights and Ethan Jay "helping!"

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ethan Jay enjoying his feast!

A little snuggle after alot of turkey!

Ethan Jay and Jaelyn playing ring-around-the-rosie!
So unbelievably cute!

A little slice of pecan pie for everyone!

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and wish we could have been there to celebrate with all of yall! We miss everyone so much throughout the year and the holidays are no exception. This just means we are closer to Christmas and closer to coming home!
We had a great time over at Robert's brother house with his family. Robert fried a turkey and I as usual am on my quest to "southernize" the rest of the world so I made mac-n-cheese, sweet tea, deviled eggs, Robert's Aunt Marilyn's sweet potato souffle, my Momma's famous cranberries, and a holiday wouldn't be complete with out a little pecan pie! Somehow this made our day just a little bit better! Of course, I am missing my Daddy even more at this time of the year but knew he would be proud of Robert's deep fried turkey!

We love everyone and can't wait to see you soon!

Emma Ann's 1st Bath

Emma Ann's umbilical cord is gone so she can have her first real bath! She loved it as you can tell! What a little fishy! It must remind her of her fist home!

Savannah's Birthday Party!

My good friend Sarah and I were pregnant at the same time with Ethan Jay and Savannah (her little girl) and she is pregnant now as well and due with her 2nd little girl in December. It has been so nice to share these pregnancies together and to have playmates so close in age! Savannah's birthday was at Chuck-e-Cheese and we all had a blast! Here is the birthday girl here while we sang her "Happy Birthday!"

The next future star quarterback!

So he got up in the tunnel and couldn't find his way down and this is how we found him!
Another friend of mine, Terianne, had her little boy, Ryker, just two weeks before Emma was born. They are so cute!

Park Day!

Ethan Jay loves the slide! He will find the biggest slide at the playground and go down it again and again. It's so joyful and hard to see him doing things on his own and growing up sooo quickly.

Emma Ann enjoying her first park day! Is that a smile I see, I believe it is!

San Clemente Beach

Our growing family!
Momma and Fayth

G.G. and Auntie with surfer Dude!

Pretty Darn Cute!

What an amazing sight! How blessed we are to live in
such a beautiful place! For all of yall in S.C. and N.C., here
is the ocean ALL the way on the other side of the United States!
Crazy, huh!

G.G. and Auntie Fayth's Visit

G.G. and Auntie Fayth came out after Emma was born to
spend a few days with us. We had an amazing time visiting
and and mostly kept it low key so that I could rest, but we
did get out of the house to do a few fun things!

At the Rainbow store!
Does anyone spy Emma Ann?!?!

Ethan Jay loves escalators and elevators.
It is a must anytime he sees one!

Throwing pennies into the fountain
with Auntie Fayth!

Over look of Lake Elsinore
We had an amazing time on their visit out and we were so sad to see them go! What a special time to have three generations of girls together!
