We started with a yummy breakfast of green eggs!
Ethan Jay is so funny. He is a pretty picky eater but he loves green eggs and begs for them all the time. He even puts the spinach in, so it is beyond me because otherwise he wouldn't touch the stuff!

And a special rainbow treat that we made!
Ethan Jay learned the rainbow song a few years ago on "The Cat in the Hat" and you can often times here him singing it. So this was right up his alley to "teach" his sisters the color's of the rainbow!
Mommy even busted out her green shirt for the day!
