We had to head back up to Croughton because our van has finally arrived! We had to pick it up and then drop it off to have some work done to the lights so that it complies with U.K. standards and then we can take it home to sit in our parking spot for what we have been told 1-2 months until the registration has been processed. Well, at least were one step closer to having the van to drive! While we were waiting for the changes to be made, we headed over to the Living Rainforest which had heard was really neat. It was only about an hour away so we loaded up and headed off. It was really cool with lot's of very different animals. Some of them were in enclosures, but there were lot's that just had free roam of the avery! There were birds flying everywhere and there was even lot's that walked around on the paths ahead of us. The kids loved it!
This Toucan was so friendly! It was amazing how close we were to him!
Apparently there was a sloth just hanging out amongst us in the trees somewhere! No enclosure at all! We never did see the sloth but we looked and looked and looked. I think this big kid was more disappointed than all the others.
Ethan Jay loved running back and forth through the "car wash!" He insisted that I take a picture of him.
Our very scenic drive home down yet another road where it is questionable if two vehicles could actually pass one another!
We passed by a little town called "Wold's End," HILARIOUS!
