Robert claims he doesn't like soup, but every time I make him soup, he loves it! But by far, his favorite is this sausage, potato and kale soup. It is kind of like the one from Olive Garden and it is oh, so good! I have even served it for guests that have came over and they raved over it. And nothing goes better with soup than homemade french bread. I had made this recipe for a while with unbleached white flour, but started incorporating some wheat flour in it and we love it even more!
And what do you do with leftover french bread? (The batch makes two loaves!) You of course, have to have french bread pizza the next night for dinner, super yum and super happy husband!
