The English celebrate bonfire night each November 5th to remember Guy Fawkes and his attempt at blowing up parliament. There are always bonfires often with a picture of Guy Fawkes himself in it to burn! There are also fireworks and usually hotdogs and sparklers as well. We, American's had to bring our own little bonfire tradition, S'more's! It is amazing that people in England have never even heard of a s'more, much less ever had such a divine treat! So, we set out to introduce the English to the best bonfire tradition yet! Everyone of course loved it (what's not to love!) and we had a great evening! We celebrated over at Andy and Amber's that weekend as most celebrate on the weekend closest to Nov. 5. There were lot's of people over and lot's of fun!
