Magnets and a Fun Walk!

We had a fun day playing with magnets and talking about their properties.  Ethan Jay loves magnets and was super excited about them and the girls were also thrilled!

We did a test to try and see which things would stick and not.

Then I walked into the living room and saw this little head sticking up.

And this is what I found.  I thought about getting upset with her for going in and taking this popsicle without asking, but she was just so stinking cute!

We decided to go on a walk down the paths.

Emma And loves to show everyone her hopping now.

We decided to head down to the Cary Arms to show Momma the ocean and this is Ethan Jay asking if Granny Jeanine can come and pick us up in her car instead of us walking back up!

We were looking out at the water and saw some boys down on the lower dock checking out something in the water.  If you look closely you can see the two yellow bouys in the water, but closer to the shore there is something black in the water.  It was a seal splashing around and playing!  So cool!

I would love to know her dreaming thoughts about swimming with the seal and flying through the sky!

And our trip back up!

Evie Kaye got the best ride up the hill!  We were all a bit jealous!

Poor Ethan Jay has still not quite recovered completely from all of our illness and when we got back from our walk the kids were playing with play-doh.  I looked over and saw Ethan Jay passed out at the table, poor thing!

And then Emma Ann promptly comes over and starts playing with his playdoh maker!  Hilarious!
