Last night Ethan Jay asked me for pancakes with blueberries in them. So, this morning that is just what he got. I love blueberry pancakes, but he doesn't usually like the blueberries in them, so I asked again to make sure that that is what he wanted. He helped me make them and sure enough he gobbled down several of them. He also insisted upon cutting his pancakes all by himself. He did a great job at it and am so proud to see him growing up and maturing into such a wonderful boy.
