Ethan Jay never used to have a problem with haircuts, but as you can see below, not a fav now! They have been increasingly getting worse and we have tried every tactic in the book; bribes, stern talks (before, during and after), spankings, treats, and just plain out "You had best sit there and stop this behavior". Needless to say the only method we have found so far is to just hold him down and pray that it gets over sooner than later and that he is not too traumatized later in life.
So our neighbor offered to cut Ethan Jay's hair. She cuts her son's and said if Ethan Jay saw Carter getting his haircut, maybe Ethan Jay would do better. Here Carter is, sitting so nicely for his haircut.
Here's Ethan Jay not getting hacked to death by the scissors, although anyone within a mile radius of us would have thought that he was.
